Crown Healthcare’s technical support team comprises of eighteen trained and certified Biomedical Engineers and three trained and Certified Lab Application Specialists. The team is able to fully respond to and solve all the technical support requirements of our clients.
These requirements may range from installations, user training, repair and maintenance of basic devices such as BP monitoring machines to high-end sophisticated equipment such as Dialysis Machines. All our Engineers are competent in the diagnosis and repair for the full range of equipment supplied by Crown Healthcare. However, to further enhance our technical advantage, it is our policy to ensure that each Engineer, achieves ‘expert’ status in a least three elds of specialization.
The Lab Application Specialist are fully competent in installation, user training and trouble shooting of alllab applications on the hematology, bio chemistry and immunochemistry systems supplied by Crown Healthcare.
Each Engineer has an individual workstation, with complete tool sets assigned per person to maximize on the quality and speed of work required. The workshop is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment to assist engineers carry out their work e‑ciently. The engineers are also equipped with operation and service manuals for all equipment being supplied by Crown Healthcare. This ensures that we are able to respond quickly to our clients requirements and ensure minimum resolve time on any repairs
SPARE PARTS
It is the policy of Crown Healthcare to maintain adequate spare-parts for our equipment and have in-house stocks for majority of the equipment we supply. We provide genuine replacement parts from numerous manufacturers for most of the equipment that we stock. Thus, our customers can depend on
us to carry out timely repairs and part-replacements as necessary.
WARRANTY & AFTER SALE SERVICE
Crown Healthcare stands behind the manufacturer’s warranty and extends that protection with Service Contracts after the warranty period expires. We custom design Service Contracts to meet your needs.
SYSTEMS
We have computerized the management of our service contracts to ensure that all warranties and preventive maintenance schedules are systematically carried out. In addition, we have put in place procedures within the department that ensure all customers receive consistent-high quality service irrespective of the individual employee they deal with.
SERVICE REACH
As we can attest from our sample list of customers, our Technical Support Centre is able to carry out Installations and maintenance in any part of the East African region. We have sold over a thousand (1000) different kinds of equipment’s in all provinces of the country including North Eastern. We Continue to
