Quality has always been a way of life for Crown Healthcare from inception, this saw the company achieve the ISO 9001:2008 Certification in 2015. In 2019 we got the ISO Certification 9001:2015 QMS, this was a further endorsement of the company’s continuous commitment to providing products and services that are of a high quality and embracing global best practices in its management.
As Envisaged in the ISO 9001:2015 quality policy, the commitment to providing high quality products and services would mean a substantial investment in the training of our staff members to ensure that we continually meet and exceed our customer requirements and expectations. We live in a world that is ever advancing technologically year after year and this is true in our area of operation, we have highly trained product managers whom are regularly trained to ensure they keep abreast of the changes in their sectors.
We have an experienced and well trained team of service engineers who are continuously trained in house and also exposed to regular factory trainings. To ensure that all our products and services are consistent we have a set of SOP’s for all our processes to ensure constant uniformity.
